Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We make every effort to show accurate descriptions and images; as our products are handmade in small batches, minor variation in colour, shape or scent between batches is natural. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your pincode, and will refund any amount paid.

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Candles must never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets and flammable items. Do a patch test before using a new soap if you have sensitive skin or known allergies; check the ingredient list on each product page.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
