Our Story

Palash Organics started in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in the shadow of the Himalayas, with a simple idea: everyday self-care products shouldn't come with a long list of ingredients you can't pronounce. What began as small batches of hand-poured soap for family and friends grew into a brand built on the same principle — keep it simple, keep it honest.

Every bar and candle we make is still produced in small batches, cured and cooled on our own schedule, not a factory line's. We choose real oils, butters, and botanicals over synthetic fillers, and we list every ingredient plainly — no vague "fragrance blend" hiding a dozen unnamed chemicals.

Growing up surrounded by the hills and forests of Uttarakhand taught us to respect Mother Nature, not just borrow from her — and that belief shapes everything we make. Our soaps draw on traditional Ayurvedic ingredients — oils, herbs, and botanicals used for centuries, not trend-chasing additives. Our candles are poured in natural wax, never paraffin, so they burn cleaner. And every one of our products, down to the packaging, is biodegradable — kind to your skin, and kind to the land it goes back into.

We're a small team, and we intend to stay that way even as we grow into new categories beyond soaps and candles. Every new product goes through the same test: would we be comfortable using it ourselves, every day? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't ship.
