Shipping Policy

We deliver across India through our courier partner, Delhivery, to every serviceable pincode.

Orders of ₹499 and above ship free. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment. Once shipped, typical delivery time is:

• Within Uttarakhand: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–6 business days
• Remote or hard-to-reach pincodes: 5–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, festivals and courier delays can add time. Your order page shows a delivery estimate for your pincode.

Once your order ships, the courier and tracking number appear on your order page under Account → Orders, along with live status updates until delivery.

Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct — the courier calls before delivery. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us; contact us and we will help re-ship it.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected date) with your order number and a photo of the parcel. See our Return Policy.
